The Second Studio

They stood staring into the room.

"What kind of a room ith it?" asked Will.

"That's what I want to know," said Robin. "It's got cameras and things in it like that studio we just visited."

Big John clicked his fingers (snap!). "That's right, you've got it!" he said. "It's a studio!"

"Look," said Joe. "There's a man in front of the camera. It looks like Dr Who."

"It's a programme all about time travel," said James.

"YIPPEE!" said Robin.

"What did you do that for?" said Charlotte. "You nearly deafened me!"

"LISTEN!" shouted Robin. "IF IT'S DOCTOR WHO AND I CAN GET THE TARDIS I CAN GET IN AND GO BACK HOME!"

"Whoa, thteady on," said Will. "You nearly deafened me, then!"

"I think you nearly deafened us all then!" said James.

"I'm going to creep in and see what they are saying," said Robin.

Be careful!" said Alex, darkly.

Robin crept in and hid behind a curtain. Then to his horror he heard a man in a chair labelled 'Director' say; "CUT! We haven't got a TARDIS. My head man here says he saw it on Maid Marian Way outside the theme centre."

A group of five men headed out of the back door. Quickly Robin went out of the front.

"What happened?" asked Andrew.

Everybody was startled when Robin just pushed by. He ran round the back. There was a van there, just starting up. Quickly he jumped in the back.

"Wow!" he cried. "What is this mile-eating monster?"

Suddenly the van stopped. Are we there yet? Robin thought. Starting to get out, he saw the five men go past. One of them said:

"Where's the nearest phone box? We must phone the AA. The TARDIS will be fine where it is for now. It's just up the road. Shame it's not a real phone box!"

As soon as they had gone round the corner, Robin jumped out. He looked up Maid Marian Way. There was the TARDIS! Robin couldn't believe his eyes. It was under my nose all the time," he said. "I've been up and down this road several times!"

Quickly he raced inside and shut the door. There was a whirring noise, and there was a whoosh.

In half a second there as no noise at all. Robin opened the door.

"Yes!" he shouted. For right in front of him was the Major Oak, standing as if nothing had ever happened.
