Wasif’s Kheer Mix (Rice Pudding)

Serves 6-8 people

Ingredients
Processed rice mix with:
Sugar
Almonds
Cardamom
Saffron

1 litre milk


Method
1. Combine Laziza kheer mix (one bag) with 1 litre of milk.
2. Cook on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes or until very thick
3. Keep stirring at intervals.
4. Serve cold
